Richard Williams
B.A., L.L.B., Blackwell Investor Relations Corp., PresidentRichard Williams specializes in assisting public companies and introducting them to analysts, brokers and money managers. He has served as President and CEO of a number of publicly listed companies for more than ten years. He has negotiated over $250 million in financing agreements including multi-national syndicated loans and lines of credit.
Richard has managed complex legal negotiations of multi-million dollar acquisitions in North America and Europe as well as participated in a number of them. He has successfully listed a number of companies on North American and Europian stock exchanges.
