Mr. Zukovs, President and Director, is a widely respected entrepreneur with over twenty years experience in the financial and investment community. He started his working career with the Ontario Provincial Government where he was the youngest employee to achieve the classification of Financial Officer within the Ministry of Education.

Although on the upwardly mobile fast track, Mr. Zukovs left the Government to enter the private sector as a financial consultant to public companies where he began his education of the merchant and investment banking industries from the ground floor up.

Within a couple of years and for several years thereafter, he was a Director and Officer of several publicly traded companies encompassing a variety of industries including, telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, marketing and investment banking.

For the past seven years, he has been facilitating merchant banking and after-market support functions for numerous public companies, primarily in the mining and technology sectors.
